2. 账号责任
注册信息应真实、准确并保持更新。账号仅供本人或获授权组织使用。你负责保护密码和设备，并应及时报告疑似未授权访问。平台可要求重新验证身份或重置会话。
3. 会员内容许可与责任
你保留合法内容的权利，同时授予 Nexon 在运营、展示、审核、备份和推广平台所必要范围内使用、复制、格式化和展示该内容的非独占许可。你保证拥有发布内容所需权利，且内容不违法、不侵权、不虚假、不包含恶意代码或未经授权的个人数据。
4. 禁止行为
- 发布违法交易、欺诈、仿冒、侵权、垃圾信息或误导性承诺。
- 出售、交换或传播来源不明、未经授权或违反隐私和通信规则的数据。
- 绕过登录、验证码、限流、权限或其他安全控制；探测、攻击或干扰网站和服务器。
- 冒用他人身份、批量注册、操纵评论、恶意举报或以自动化方式滥用平台。
5. 会员之间的合作与交易
供需频道用于信息展示与初步沟通。除非另有书面说明，Nexon 不是买方、卖方、代理、经纪、托管方或付款担保方。会员应自行核验身份、资质、授权、资源质量、交付标准、合同和付款风险。因会员之间合作产生的争议原则上由相关会员直接处理。
6. 平台与第三方服务
Telegram、Google、Facebook、支付、托管和其他第三方服务受其自身条款、审核和可用性约束。Nexon 不控制第三方封禁、API 变化、政策调整或服务中断。
7. 审核与平台裁量
Nexon 可使用人工或自动方式审核内容，并可对涉嫌违法、侵权、高风险、虚假、垃圾、来源不明或违反规则的内容拒绝发布、延迟显示、添加提示、限制、隐藏或删除。平台可保留必要记录以处理安全事件、争议和法律义务。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
网站、会员内容和服务入口按“现状”和“可用”提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，Nexon 不保证持续不中断、特定商业结果、会员身份真实性、第三方履约、绝对数据准确性或交易成功。对间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性损失、利润损失、数据损失或商誉损失不承担责任。
在法律允许时，Nexon 因平台产生的累计责任以导致请求事项发生前连续三个月内你实际向 Nexon 支付的相关服务费用为上限；若未支付费用，则以 100 美元或适用法律规定不可排除的最低金额中较高者为上限。依法不得限制的责任不受此限制。
9. 赔偿
在法律允许范围内，你同意就因你的内容、交易、违法使用、侵权或违反条款导致的第三方请求、调查、损失和合理费用向 Nexon 及其关联方提供赔偿。
10. 暂停与终止
为保护会员、平台或第三方，Nexon 可对涉嫌违规、欺诈、安全风险、滥用或拒绝配合审核的账号进行限流、内容隐藏、暂停或终止。账号终止不影响尚未解决的付款、争议、调查、赔偿和合法保存义务。
11. 条款变更
我们可因产品、法律、安全或运营变化更新条款。重大变化会以合理方式通知；继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Nexon, you confirm legal capacity to contract and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and published marketplace rules. Stop using the platform if you do not agree.
2. Account responsibility
Registration information must be truthful, accurate, and current. Accounts may be used only by the individual or authorized organization. You are responsible for passwords and devices and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Nexon may require identity re-verification or session reset.
3. Member content license and responsibility
You retain rights in lawful content and grant Nexon a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, format, display, moderate, back up, and promote it as reasonably necessary to operate the platform. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that content is lawful, non-infringing, truthful, free of malicious code, and does not contain unauthorized personal data.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal transactions, fraud, impersonation, infringement, spam, or misleading promises.
- Selling, exchanging, or distributing unclear-source, unauthorized, privacy-violating, or communications-rule-violating data.
- Bypassing login, verification, rate limits, permissions, or security controls; probing, attacking, or interfering with the website or servers.
- Impersonation, bulk registrations, comment manipulation, malicious reporting, or automated abuse.
5. Member cooperation and transactions
The marketplace supports information display and initial communication. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Nexon is not the buyer, seller, agent, broker, escrow provider, or payment guarantor. Members must independently verify identity, qualifications, authorization, resource quality, delivery standards, contracts, and payment risk. Disputes between members are generally handled directly by the relevant members.
6. Platform and third-party services
Telegram, Google, Facebook, payment, hosting, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms, review systems, and availability. Nexon does not control third-party suspensions, API changes, policy changes, or outages.
7. Moderation and platform discretion
Nexon may use manual or automated review and may reject, delay, label, restrict, hide, or remove content suspected of being illegal, infringing, high-risk, false, spam, unclear-source, or otherwise non-compliant. Necessary records may be retained for security events, disputes, and legal obligations.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website, member content, and service portals are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexon does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific commercial outcomes, member identity, third-party performance, absolute data accuracy, or transaction success. Nexon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or lost-goodwill damages.
Where permitted, Nexon’s aggregate liability arising from the platform is limited to fees actually paid for the relevant service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; if no fees were paid, the cap is the greater of US$100 or the minimum enforceable amount under applicable law. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Nexon and its affiliates against third-party claims, investigations, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, transactions, unlawful use, infringement, or breach of these Terms.
10. Suspension and termination
To protect members, the platform, or third parties, Nexon may rate-limit, hide content, suspend, or terminate accounts associated with suspected violations, fraud, security risk, abuse, or refusal to cooperate with review. Termination does not affect unresolved payments, disputes, investigations, indemnities, or lawful retention obligations.
11. Changes
Terms may be updated for product, legal, security, or operational changes. Material changes will be announced reasonably; continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
